Common Troubleshooting Steps
Unplug power, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in. Allow 2-3 minutes to fully reconnect.
Ensure all Ethernet and power cables are secure on router and modem — no loose or damaged plugs.
Move closer to your router. Walls and distance weaken signal — wired is faster.
Test on another device. If only one device has issues, it's likely that device's network settings.

The green-shaded areas on the TowerCoverage map represent AlignTec's service footprint. If you're within a green zone and experiencing issues, it's likely a service disruption we can address. If you're outside the green areas, we may not yet have coverage in your location.
First, restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds. If speeds are still slow, try connecting directly to your router with an Ethernet cable to rule out Wi-Fi issues. Run a speed test at speedtest.net. If your speeds are significantly below your plan's rating, contact our support team.
You can manage your account, view invoices, and make payments through our customer portal at portal.aligntec.net. If you need help accessing your account, our office team can assist you during business hours.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For after-hours emergencies affecting your service, please leave a voicemail and our on-call team will respond as quickly as possible.
Most service disruptions are resolved within 1-4 hours. Fiber cuts or equipment failures may take longer depending on the extent of damage. We post estimated restoration times on our Network Status page as soon as they're available.
