Before You Call

Unplug your router's power cable, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Allow 2-3 minutes for it to fully reconnect to our network.

Ensure all Ethernet and power cables are securely connected to your router and modem. Look for any loose, damaged, or unplugged connections.

Test Your Wi-Fi Signal

Move closer to your router and try again. Walls, appliances, and distance can weaken your Wi-Fi signal. Consider a wired connection for the best speeds.

Try Another Device

Test your connection on a different device. If only one device has issues, the problem may be with that device's network settings rather than your internet service.
