A fiber cut affecting the Sunnyside area was identified and repaired. Service was fully restored by 6:30 PM. Approximately 45 customers were impacted.

Planned maintenance window for core router firmware upgrade. Brief intermittent connectivity (< 5 minutes) experienced by some customers during the upgrade window. Completed on schedule.

Power fluctuations at a local relay site caused brief service interruptions in the Three Springs neighborhood. UPS battery replacement resolved the issue. Service fully restored by 1:00 PM.
